<p>This role is for AMEX process. Work is related to international customer handling. After 2 months office training, full work from home is allowed. Good communication is very important for this role.</p>
<h3>Role Overview</h3>
<p>This position is for handling international customers. Work can be related to collections, sales, retention, or customer support. Person should be confident in speaking and understanding English.</p>
<p>Training will be in Vashi location. After training, work will be from home.</p>
<h3>Eligibility Criteria</h3>
<ul>
<li>Graduate freshers can apply</li>
<li>HSC with minimum 6 months international experience</li>
<li>2–4 years experience in international collections, sales, or retention</li>
<li>Minimum 3 years experience in international CSR</li>
<li>Age should be between 20 to 40 years</li>
<li>Excellent communication skill (V6 level required)</li>
</ul>
<h3>Interview Process</h3>
<p>Selection will be done in three steps. One test is mandatory before HR round.</p>
<ul>

<li>HR round</li>
<li>Operations round</li>
</ul>
<h3>Training and Transport</h3>
<p>During training period, free pickup and drop is provided for Mumbai candidates. Routes are available for different areas like Trans Harbour, Harbour, Central, and Western line.</p>
<p>After training, no need to travel because work will be from home.</p>
