<p>This internship is for HR role. Work is related to recruitment and hiring process. This is good for freshers and students who want to learn real HR work.</p>
<h3>About Internship</h3>
<p>This internship gives practical experience in recruitment. Work includes handling candidates and supporting hiring process. Real company hiring projects will be given.</p>
<p>No fixed minimum work after internship completion. Earning depends on performance.</p>
<h3>Key Work and Learning</h3>
<ul>
<li>Handle end to end recruitment process</li>
<li>Source and screen candidates</li>
<li>Schedule interviews and follow up</li>
<li>Communicate using email, calls, and WhatsApp</li>
<li>Maintain reports and recruitment data</li>
</ul>
<h3>Eligibility Criteria</h3>
<p>Candidate should be fresher or student. Laptop is required for work from home.</p>

<li>Ready to learn recruitment work</li>

<h3>Stipend and Benefits</h3>
<p>Stipend is based on performance. Payment is given per successful placement.</p>
