This internship is for HR role. Work is related to recruitment and hiring process. This is good for freshers and students who want to learn real HR work.

About Internship

This internship gives practical experience in recruitment. Work includes handling candidates and supporting hiring process. Real company hiring projects will be given.

No fixed minimum work after internship completion. Earning depends on performance.

Key Work and Learning

• Handle end to end recruitment process
• Source and screen candidates
• Schedule interviews and follow up
• Communicate using email, calls, and WhatsApp
• Maintain reports and recruitment data

Eligibility Criteria

Candidate should be fresher or student. Laptop is required for work from home.

• Good English communication skill
• Active on LinkedIn
• Ready to learn recruitment work

Stipend and Benefits

Stipend is based on performance. Payment is given per successful placement.

• ₹5K per successful candidate placement
• No earning limit after internship
• Internship certificate will be provided
• Exposure to real hiring work in MNCs
