<p>This role is for BPO Associate or Call Center Executive. Work is related to handling customer and patient calls. Person will manage both inbound and outbound calling work.</p>
<h3>Role Overview</h3>
<p>This position needs a person who can talk to customers and handle queries. Work includes calling, follow-ups, and appointment booking. Basic computer work is also part of job.</p>
<p>Healthcare experience is preferred but not compulsory.</p>
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Handle inbound and outbound calls</li>
<li>Answer patient and customer queries</li>
<li>Do follow-ups and lead generation calls</li>
<li>Book appointments and support conversions</li>
<li>Maintain customer data in CRM or EMR system</li>
<li>Coordinate with internal teams like doctors and front office</li>
<li>Achieve daily and monthly call targets</li>
<li>Handle complaints and solve issues</li>
</ul>
<h3>Required Skills</h3>
<p>Candidate should have good communication skill in English, Hindi, and Telugu.</p>

<h3>Preferred Experience</h3>
<p>Experience in call center or hospital calling is helpful. Knowledge of patient handling and appointment system is a plus.</p>

<p>This is a target based calling job. Person should be ready for fast paced work and regular customer interaction.</p>
