This role is for International Voice Process Executive. Work is related to calling international leads and explaining training programs. Person should be confident in speaking English.

Role Overview

This job includes talking to leads and converting them into enrollments. Work is mainly sales and communication based. Candidate should be comfortable working in night shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to international leads
• Explain training programs and services
• Convert leads into enrollments
• Follow up with interested candidates
• Handle basic queries and provide information
• Update lead status in system

Required Skills

Good English communication is very important for this role. Person should be confident in speaking with international clients.

• Strong communication and convincing skill
• Basic computer knowledge
• Good negotiation ability
• Comfortable in night shift work

Experience Requirement

Candidates with 3+ years experience preferred. Freshers with strong communication can also be considered.

Experience in international voice process or telecalling will be helpful.
