You will handle telecalling tasks. You will also manage email communication and WhatsApp marketing. The work is focused on seller onboarding and promotion support for Xelnova Marketplace.

Key work

• Do telecalling for seller onboarding
• Send and manage email communication
• Handle WhatsApp marketing messages
• Support seller registration process
• Explain platform benefits to sellers
• Assist in basic promotion activities
• Follow up with interested sellers

What we need

• Good communication skills
• Basic knowledge of phone and WhatsApp handling
• Confidence in talking to sellers
• Ability to follow instructions
• Basic marketing understanding preferred
• Freelancers and part-time workers can apply
