About the Work

You will handle inbound customer calls. You will also reply to emails and chat messages. You will help customers with their questions. You should provide correct information and resolve issues politely.

You will maintain good customer service standards. You should communicate clearly in both Hindi and English. The role requires working in rotational shifts.
