Responsibilities

• Call parents and students.

• Send WhatsApp messages and reminders.
• Coordinate with the counselling team.
• Follow up with interested families.
• Update CRM and lead status.

Eligibility

• Fluent English communication.
• Good listening skills.
• Basic Microsoft Word knowledge.
• Basic Google Sheets and email knowledge.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp and CRM tools.
• Laptop or desktop with stable Wi-Fi.
• Telecalling or counselling experience is preferred.
