About the Work

In this position, you will connect with journalists, editors, bloggers, and media websites. You will pitch story ideas and help the company get media coverage. You will also support backlink campaigns and digital PR work.

You will work with content and SEO teams. The main goal is to improve brand authority and online visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with journalists, editors, bloggers, and media websites
• Research relevant websites, publications, and industry influencers
• Pitch story ideas, company insights, case studies, and research reports
• Run digital PR and link-building campaigns
• Create outreach lists and send personalized email campaigns
• Work with SEO and content teams to promote reports and thought leadership content
• Track backlinks, media mentions, and outreach campaign performance
• Stay updated with PR trends and find new media opportunities

Required Skills and Experience

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in Digital PR, Media Outreach, Link Building, or Public Relations.

You should also have:

• Good written and verbal English communication skills
• Experience in pitching journalists and securing media placements
• Knowledge of SEO basics, backlink quality, and domain authority
• Experience with tools like BuzzStream, Pitchbox, Hunter.io, Respona, Ahrefs, or Semrush
• Strong research skills
• Good relationship-building ability
• Ability to work independently and meet outreach targets

Preferred Qualifications

These are preferred but not mandatory:

• Experience in B2B, finance, startup, legal, corporate, or business setup industries
• Existing media contacts
• Knowledge of HARO, Qwoted, Featured, or similar platforms
• Experience promoting surveys, research reports, or data-driven content
