This is a remote recruitment opportunity for candidates with experience in International BPO hiring. You will manage the complete recruitment process for leading companies.
Job Responsibilities
- Source candidates from job portals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screening.
- Assess communication skills and experience.
- Schedule interviews with client companies.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Maintain candidate records and reports.
- Build strong relationships with candidates.
- Use MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet for recruitment tasks.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 3 to 6 months of Non IT International BPO recruitment experience.
- Experience hiring for clients like Accenture, Infosys, Concentrix, Sagility, or Alorica is preferred.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Graduation is not mandatory.
