Sovereign Institute of Professional Training is hiring HR Recruiter / Student Relationship Officers. This opportunity is open only for women candidates, including women returning to work. The position is work from home with fixed working hours.
Job Responsibilities
- Call students interested in banking and finance careers
- Explain the training and placement process
- Guide students about course enrollment
- Convince eligible candidates to join the program
- Maintain regular follow-up with students
- Achieve assigned enrollment targets
Eligibility
- Any Graduate or Postgraduate can apply
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred
- Women candidates only
- Women returning to work are welcome
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong convincing ability
- Student counselling experience
- Ability to handle targets and work pressure
- Own laptop or PC
- Good Wi-Fi internet connection
Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday
- 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
