Job Responsibilities

• Hire candidates for non-IT roles.
• Source profiles for client requirements.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups.
• Support end-to-end recruitment work.
• Maintain hiring records and status updates.

Eligibility

• 1 year of non-IT recruitment experience required.
• Experience in real estate, manufacturing, textiles, furniture, edutech, wellness, fitness, retail, or travel is preferred.
• Good communication skills are required.
• Immediate joiners are needed.
• Any graduate can apply.
• Women candidates are preferred.
