Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and chat.
- Manage international customer interactions professionally.
- Handle international sales and support revenue generation.
- Promote sales through calls and emails.
- Contact existing customers to improve sales.
- Manage customer escalations effectively.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 3 years of experience in International Voice Process.
- Graduation from a full-time college is required.
- Experience in international customer support is preferred.
- Good communication skills are required.
- Knowledge of US processes is an advantage.
- Experience in upselling or sales is preferred.
- Candidates must be based in Delhi/NCR.
