- Coordinate client onboarding with the recruitment team.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Eligibility
- Experience in Business Development, Sales, HR, Recruitment, or Client Acquisition is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills can also apply.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, email, and online prospecting.
