Packing Executive
Location: Amb. The job is based in Panchkula / Rajpura.
Salary: ₹15K – ₹22K per month. Salary will depend on experience and skills.
The company is hiring a Packing Executive for rope manufacturing. Local candidates are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Pack ropes, twines, nets, and related products.
- Check product size, length, weight, quantity, and quality.
- Prepare coils, bundles, rolls, reels, and cartons.
- Label products with batch and quantity details.
- Maintain packing material stock.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Store, and Dispatch teams.
- Maintain daily packing and dispatch records.
- Stack finished goods safely.
- Monitor packing workers.
- Allocate daily packing work.
- Reduce packing material wastage.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety.
- Report shortages, defects, and packing mismatches.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of packing or production experience.
- Manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Rope, textile, or plastic industry experience is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of weight and quantity measurements.
- Good coordination skills.
- Good record-keeping skills.
- Local candidates are preferred.
