PurpleBits Infosystems is hiring a Telecaller for its PurpleIPD product. The position is remote and focuses on contacting hospitals, nursing homes and clinics.
The work includes outbound calls, lead qualification and appointment setting. Candidates will also follow up with prospects and maintain call records.
Key Responsibilities
- Call hospitals, nursing homes and clinics.
- Introduce the PurpleIPD product.
- Identify and qualify potential leads.
- Collect basic prospect details.
- Schedule meetings and product demos.
- Follow up through calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Record call outcomes in the CRM or tracker.
- Share prospect feedback and common objections.
- Meet daily and monthly calling targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent spoken English and Hindi.
- Clear and confident phone communication.
- Professional communication with doctors and hospital staff.
- Good listening and objection-handling skills.
- Comfortable with regular calling and follow-ups.
- Comfortable working with targets.
- Basic computer skills.
- Knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, email and CRM.
Good to Have
- Telecalling or telesales experience.
- Healthcare, pharma, medical device or software experience.
- Knowledge of hospital operations or healthcare terms.
- Gujarati or other regional language knowledge.
