Dedicated and empathetic customer support professional with 3+ years of experience in client counselling, front office coordination, and sales advisory. Skilled in handling customer queries through chat and email with a focus on clear communication, problem-solving, and delivering a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries through chat, email, and CRM platforms in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining empathy and politeness.
• Update customer details, track issues, and escalate unresolved cases when necessary.
• Provide accurate product or service information and assist in the onboarding process.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions for future reference.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth issue resolution.
• Achieve performance metrics including response time, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on company policies, promotions, and digital tools to support customers effectively.
