Fantick Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for the role of Paytm Customer Care Executive. This is a full-time work from home opportunity suitable for both freshers and experienced candidates. Your main responsibility will be to assist Paytm users by resolving their queries related to payments, transactions, KYC updates, and account issues.
Job Role & Responsibilities: Handle customer calls and chats professionally, resolve Paytm app-related issues, update customer information in the system, ensure customer satisfaction, and follow team leader instructions.
Eligibility Criteria: Minimum qualification 12th pass or graduate. Good communication skills in Hindi or English. Basic computer and internet knowledge required. Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹26,000 per month (with additional performance bonuses).
Working Hours: Flexible shifts (6–8 hours daily).
