Work Mode & Shift Details

• Office Mode: 09:00 AM – 05:30 PM (Chevayur, Kozhikode)
• Remote Mode: 02:00 PM – 09:00 PM
• Hybrid working model (WFH + Office)

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound calls to prospective students and leads
• Convert leads into enrolled students
• Follow up and maintain client relationships
• Achieve admission and sales targets

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 6 months experience in sales, business development, or telecalling
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Sales-oriented and target-driven approach
• Malayalam mandatory, English preferred

Eligibility

• Female candidates only
• Sales experience preferred
• Language proficiency in Malayalam required
