Work Mode & Shift Details
- Office Mode: 09:00 AM – 05:30 PM (Chevayur, Kozhikode)
- Remote Mode: 02:00 PM – 09:00 PM
- Hybrid working model (WFH + Office)
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound calls to prospective students and leads
- Convert leads into enrolled students
- Follow up and maintain client relationships
- Achieve admission and sales targets
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience in sales, business development, or telecalling
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Sales-oriented and target-driven approach
- Malayalam mandatory, English preferred
Eligibility
- Female candidates only
- Sales experience preferred
- Language proficiency in Malayalam required
