Scrum Master - Agile Project Work, Part Time Setup (Remote / Contract)
This work is for experienced person. Person will handle team work using Agile method. Work is short hours daily but needs strong knowledge.
About This Work
This is Scrum Master role. Person needs to guide team and manage Agile process. Work is fully remote. Daily few hours work only. Good for experienced professional who want flexible work.
Work Responsibility
- Handle Scrum meetings and daily standup
- Guide team in Agile and Scrum method
- Remove problems coming in team work
- Support team to follow best practices
- Track progress and help team improve
Who Can Apply
- Minimum 5 years experience in Agile work
- Scrum Master certification required (CSM or PSM)
- FinTech or banking experience is helpful
- Good understanding of Scrum framework
- Strong communication and team handling skill
Work Timing
Daily 4 hours work. Timing will be 11:30 AM to 3:30 PM IST. Flexible but need to be available in this time.
