This is a remote recruitment opportunity for candidates with experience in International BPO hiring. You will manage the complete recruitment process for leading companies.
<strong>Job Responsibilities</strong>
<ul>
<li>Source candidates from job portals.</li>
<li>Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.</li>
<li>Conduct initial candidate screening.</li>
<li>Assess communication skills and experience.</li>
<li>Schedule interviews with client companies.</li>
<li>Handle end-to-end recruitment activities.</li>
<li>Maintain candidate records and reports.</li>
<li>Build strong relationships with candidates.</li>
<li>Use MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet for recruitment tasks.</li>
</ul>
<strong>Eligibility Criteria</strong>
<ul>
<li>Minimum 3 to 6 months of Non IT International BPO recruitment experience.</li>
<li>Experience hiring for clients like Accenture, Infosys, Concentrix, Sagility, or Alorica is preferred.</li>
<li>Good spoken and written English.</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Basic computer knowledge.</li>
<li>Immediate joiners preferred.</li>
<li>Graduation is not mandatory.</li>
