Key responsibilities:

• Identify and reach potential clients via calls, email, social media, and networking
• Promote services including website development, custom ERP, and digital products
• Generate leads and convert them into sales
• Maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Coordinate with internal team to understand client requirements
• Maintain records of leads, prospects, and completed deals

Required skills & experience:

• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Basic understanding of digital services (websites, software, IT solutions) is a plus
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Prior experience in sales/marketing preferred but not mandatory
• Basic knowledge of online marketing or social media outreach beneficial

Salary & Incentives:

• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000/Month
• Sales Incentive: 10% commission on sales exceeding ₹50,000 monthly target
