The role requires regular client communication. US business hours overlap is required because clients are based in the United States.
<strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>

<li>Manage Google Local Services Ads accounts.</li>
<li>Monitor account spending and performance.</li>
<li>Identify stalled or inactive ad accounts.</li>
<li>Follow up when ads stop running.</li>
<li>Manage budgets and service areas.</li>
<li>Onboard new clients.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate client information.</li>
<li>Speak with business owners regularly.</li>
<li>Share lead and account updates.</li>
<li>Maintain strong client relationships.</li>
<li>Reduce client churn.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities for additional services.</li>

<strong>Experience Required</strong>
