Key Responsibilities

Identify, pitch, and onboard CPI direct brands, agencies, affiliates, and publishers
-
Manage and optimize CPI campaigns across multiple geographies and traffic types
-
Negotiate payouts and close profitable affiliate deals
-
Track daily performance, monitor KPIs, and resolve delivery issues
-
Maintain strong affiliate relationships and ensure compliance
Eligibility & Skills
-
1–5 years experience in CPI affiliate marketing or sales
-
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
-
Knowledge of MMPs such as Appsflyer, Adjust, Branch
-
Understanding of traffic types and campaign performance metrics

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
