<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>

<p>Identify, pitch, and onboard CPI direct brands, agencies, affiliates, and publishers</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Manage and optimize CPI campaigns across multiple geographies and traffic types</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Negotiate payouts and close profitable affiliate deals</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Track daily performance, monitor KPIs, and resolve delivery issues</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Maintain strong affiliate relationships and ensure compliance</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Eligibility & Skills</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>1–5 years experience in CPI affiliate marketing or sales</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Knowledge of MMPs such as Appsflyer, Adjust, Branch</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Understanding of traffic types and campaign performance metrics</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment</p>
