Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer service and client support calls
- Manage sales, upselling, and collections process
- Communicate with international customers professionally
- Resolve queries and provide accurate solutions

Eligibility Criteria
- Undergraduate or Graduate both can apply
- Minimum 1 year of international BPO voice experience required
- Good communication skills in English
- Comfortable with rotational shifts
