Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer service and client support calls
• Manage sales, upselling, and collections process
• Communicate with international customers professionally

Eligibility Criteria

• Undergraduate or Graduate both can apply
• Minimum 1 year of international BPO voice experience required
• Good communication skills in English
• Comfortable with rotational shifts
