Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Provide excellent customer support in English
• Resolve queries and complaints efficiently
• Maintain call logs and meet performance targets

Eligibility Criteria

• 0 to 5 years experience (freshers can apply)
• Fluent in English (speaking)
• Comfortable with night shifts
• Basic computer knowledge required
