Work Details

This is a sales and customer calling profile. You will handle customer calls and explain services in a simple way. You will also follow up with leads and support conversion work.

• Handle outbound calls
• Handle inbound customer calls
• Explain company services
• Generate leads
• Convert prospects
• Follow up on leads
• Maintain customer records
• Meet monthly targets

Working Hours

The working time is fixed. Sunday is weekly off.

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Sunday: Weekly off

Eligibility

Only women candidates can apply. Additional languages will be an advantage. Candidates should be comfortable with sales targets and customer interaction.
