Bank Customer Service Executive Freshers Experience Apply

Job Overview

In this work, you will act like a helper inside the bank. Customers will come and you will guide them for basic services.

Key Responsibilities

• Help walk-in customers in the branch
• Guide on ATM, UPI and digital banking
• Solve basic banking questions
• Send customers to correct counter
• Keep good and helpful behaviour
• Handle customer issues in calm way

Eligibility Criteria

• Must be graduate
• Age should be 21 to 28 years
• 6 months to 1 year experience is better
• Basic knowledge of banking or BFSI
• Good communication skills
