Job Description
This is a 100% work from home customer service role. You will handle customer queries through a blended process. The company is looking for immediate joiners. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
The process runs 24x7 with rotational shifts. Working hours are 9 hours per day. You will work 6 days a week. One rotational week off will be provided.
Salary and Benefits
- Freshers: ₹14K CTC per month
- 1 year experience: ₹15K CTC per month
- 2 years experience: ₹16K CTC per month
- 3+ years experience: ₹17K CTC per month
- Internet and laptop allowance: ₹1.4K
Requirements
- Good English communication skills
- Good Hindi communication skills
- Laptop or desktop is mandatory
- Stable high-speed WiFi is mandatory
- 12th Pass or Graduate
- Customer handling experience is preferred
- Freshers can apply
