- 24×7 rotational shifts.
- 9 login hours including 1-hour lunch break.
- 1 rotational weekly off.
- ₹15K in-hand salary.
- ₹2K quarterly bonus.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through voice chat and email.
- Provide prompt and professional customer support.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Record customer interactions in the system.
- Escalate complex issues when required.
- Maintain quality and productivity targets.
- Maintain customer satisfaction standards.
