You will talk with healthcare partners and support clients daily. You will also help with business development activities. The company wants someone who can communicate well and manage follow-ups properly.
<strong>Responsibilities</strong>
<ul>
<li>Support healthcare clients and physician practices</li>
<li>Help with onboarding of new clients</li>
<li>Handle daily coordination tasks</li>
<li>Follow up with clients regularly</li>
<li>Solve basic client issues</li>
<li>Help in provider meetings and demos</li>
<li>Maintain records and activity trackers</li>
<li>Coordinate meetings and partnerships</li>
<li>Support lead management activities</li>
<li>Help with business growth initiatives</li>
</ul>
<strong>Requirements</strong>
<ul>
<li>1 to 5 years experience preferred</li>
<li>Good communication skills</li>
<li>Basic customer service knowledge</li>
<li>Account management understanding</li>
<li>Ability to work independently</li>
<li>Good coordination skills</li>
<li>Comfortable speaking with healthcare professionals</li>
</ul>
<strong>Preferred Profile</strong>
