Responsibilities
- Support healthcare clients and physician practices
- Help with onboarding of new clients
- Handle daily coordination tasks
- Follow up with clients regularly
- Solve basic client issues
- Help in provider meetings and demos
- Maintain records and activity trackers
- Coordinate meetings and partnerships
- Support lead management activities
- Help with business growth initiatives
Requirements
- 1 to 5 years experience preferred
- Good communication skills
- Basic customer service knowledge
- Account management understanding
- Ability to work independently
- Good coordination skills
- Comfortable speaking with healthcare professionals
Preferred Profile
- Experience in healthcare operations
- Customer success background
- Business development knowledge
- Strong relationship building skills
- Healthcare network in New York is a plus
