About This Work

This is voice process work. You have to talk with customers on call and solve their problems. Work is simple but needs good speaking skill. This role is good for freshers also. Work is fully from home but system setup must be ready.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls and solve queries
• Give proper answers in simple way
• Maintain good behavior on calls
• Follow company process and rules

System Requirements

• i5 7th generation or Ryzen 5 processor
• Minimum 10 GB RAM
• Windows 10 or above
• Internet speed minimum 20 Mbps

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification is 12th pass
• Fresher and experienced both can apply
• Good English and Hindi speaking skill
• No major MTI in voice
• Typing speed 30 WPM with 90% accuracy
• No planned leave for first 3 months

Work Timing

Shift is rotational. Total 10 hours in a day with 9 hours work and 1 hour break.

Selection Process

• HR round basic check
• Typing test
• Operations round
• Voice versant test (V4 or above)
• Client video round

• PAN card
• Experience documents if available
