Location: Hyderabad, Karnataka, and Vizag. This is an on-site position.

Salary: ₹10.47K – ₹29.85K per month.

Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply. The position involves customer calls, lead follow-ups, client support, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Respond to customer enquiries.

• Work towards assigned support and sales targets.

Eligibility

• Freshers can apply.
• 0–1 year of experience is acceptable.
• Good communication skills are required.
• Good interpersonal skills are required.
• Strong convincing and follow-up skills are preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
• Comfortable making frequent phone calls.
• English, Telugu, Hindi, or regional language skills are an advantage.
