<strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>

<li>Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.</li>
<li>Respond to customer enquiries.</li>
<li>Understand client requirements.</li>
<li>Explain available legal services.</li>
<li>Follow up with leads.</li>
<li>Maintain professional client relationships.</li>
<li>Coordinate with internal teams.</li>
<li>Maintain call and follow-up records.</li>
<li>Work towards assigned support and sales targets.</li>
<li>Provide a positive customer experience.</li>
</ul>
<strong>Eligibility</strong>
<ul>
<li>Freshers can apply.</li>
<li>0–1 year of experience is acceptable.</li>
<li>Good communication skills are required.</li>
<li>Good interpersonal skills are required.</li>
<li>Strong convincing and follow-up skills are preferred.</li>
<li>Basic computer knowledge is required.</li>
<li>Comfortable making frequent phone calls.</li>
<li>English, Telugu, Hindi, or regional language skills are an advantage.</li>
