Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and resolve problems.
• Maintain daily customer records.
• Solve customer queries through phone calls.
• Communicate clearly with customers.
• Manage customer-related data.

Eligibility

• Kannada and English are required.
• Graduates and undergraduates can apply.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication skills are required.
• Customer handling skills are preferred.

Work Schedule

• 6 days working per week.
• 1 rotational week off.
• Rotational shifts.

Technical Requirements
