This opportunity is for customer support roles. Work can be chat, voice, or email process. Different companies are hiring through this process. Work is simple but needs communication skill.

About the Work

This role is for handling customer queries. Work can be on chat, call, or email. Person needs to understand customer problem and give solution properly.

Multiple roles are open so selection depends on skill and experience.

Roles Available

• Customer Support (Chat and Voice process)
• Voice Process (Inbound and Outbound calls)
• Email Support and Backoffice work

Eligibility Criteria

Candidate should have basic communication skill. Laptop and internet connection is required for work from home.

• Minimum 6 months experience preferred
• Freshers can apply for some roles
• Basic to good English communication
• Ready for WFH setup

Important Information
