About This Work

This role is for international voice process. Work is to handle customer calls and solve their issues. You need to talk clearly and understand customer problems. Work is simple if you already have voice process experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle international customer calls
• Solve queries in simple and clear way
• Maintain good communication with customers
• Follow process and company rules

Eligibility Criteria

• Only graduates can apply
• Minimum 1 year experience in international voice process
• Good English speaking skill required
• Basic understanding of customer support

Salary and Benefits

Salary can go up to ₹8 LPA based on experience. Extra incentives are also provided. Good growth opportunity in international BPO process.

Work Details

This is hybrid role. Some work from home and some from office. Work environment is professional and focused on customer handling.
