Salary: ₹1.8L – ₹2.3L per annum

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via calling, email, chat, voice & non‑voice channels.
  • Provide technical support including troubleshooting electronic devices.
  • Offer product-based solutions and maintain CRM records accurately.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.

Eligibility & Skills:

  • 0–4 years of BPO or Customer Support experience; freshers allowed.
  • Strong communication skills across multiple channels.
  • Must be comfortable with night shifts and fast-paced workflow.
  • Graduates / Post‑graduates / Pursuing (must be available for 3 months without leave).

Work Details:

  • 6 days working (night shifts).
  • 1 rotational weekly off.
  • 25 vacancies available.
