This is a customer handling work in travel industry. You will talk to customers and help them with bookings. Work is simple and training will be given.

Your Work

• Handle customer calls, emails, and queries
• Manage bookings and travel details
• Keep records of customer data and follow-ups
• Help in planning travel packages
• Work with team for tickets and hotel booking

Skills Needed

• Good communication in Hindi and English
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email)
• Friendly and problem-solving attitude
• Willing to learn CRM tools
