Job Overview

This role is for customer support work in international process. Work is simple but needs good language skill. Daily work is to talk with customers and help them. This process is related to skincare brand Beiersdorf. Good chance to work with global company from home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries on chat, email, and calls
  • Give correct details about products and services
  • Solve customer problems fast
  • Maintain good quality and follow company rules
  • Work with team when needed
  • Write and save customer details properly

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate or undergraduate can apply
  • Must know any one language: Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Bahasa Indonesian, or Malay
  • Certification required: B2 / B2.2 / C1 level
  • Freshers and experienced both allowed
  • Basic computer knowledge needed

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in BPO or customer support is helpful
  • Good typing speed
  • Clear communication skill
  • Ready to work in rotational shift

Salary and Benefits

Salary is ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month. Salary can increase based on last salary. Provident Fund is provided. Work from home option is available. Good learning and growth in international process.
