Responsibilities
✓ Handle inbound calls from U.S. healthcare customers — no sales or targets
✓ Provide professional and accurate resolutions for customer issues
✓ Listen actively and offer empathetic, effective communication
✓ Maintain call logs and ensure service quality standards
Eligibility & Skills
✓ Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; Graduate/Diploma preferred
✓ Excellent English communication (verbal & written, neutral accent)
✓ Comfortable working in night shifts (U.S. time zone)
✓ Fresher or experienced candidates both eligible
