Bozzo Cabs is hiring a Driver & Customer Onboarding Executive for its Hyderabad operations. The role focuses on building the driver-partner network and onboarding new partners to the platform.
The position includes calling, field activities and partner coordination. Freshers can apply if they have good communication skills and are comfortable working with targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify Bike, Auto and Car driver partners.
- Call and engage potential driver partners.
- Explain the platform, benefits and onboarding process.
- Generate and follow up on driver leads.
- Help partners register on the Driver App.
- Assist with KYC and vehicle documents.
- Coordinate with the verification team.
- Follow up with interested and pending partners.
- Help new partners understand the app.
- Ensure onboarded partners become active.
- Follow up for their first ride.
- Maintain daily onboarding records and reports.
- Support field-level driver acquisition activities.
Candidate Requirements
- Confident in speaking with people.
- Good convincing and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with outbound calls.
- Target-oriented and persistent with follow-ups.
- Comfortable using smartphones and mobile apps.
- Able to maintain basic Excel or Google Sheets records.
- Comfortable with phone-based and field activities.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Eligibility
- 0–3 years of experience.
- Freshers can apply.
- Strong communication skills are required.
- 10+2 or any graduate qualification is accepted.
- Telugu, Hindi and English are required.
