Job Responsibilities
- Handle student and parent enquiries through calls and WhatsApp.
- Counsel parents and students about Classic Learn courses.
- Explain course details and fees.
- Explain the curriculum and projects.
- Explain the enrollment process.
- Follow up with interested leads.
- Maintain regular communication with leads.
- Convert enquiries into paid enrollments.
- Maintain lead and follow-up records in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly enrollment targets.
- Work to improve lead conversion and enrollment numbers.
Salary Structure
- Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Variable
- Total earning up to ₹10K/month
- Earnings depend on target achievement.
- Variable pay is linked to individual performance.
- Successful enrollments affect variable earnings.
- Higher performance may lead to higher variable earnings as per the company's incentive structure.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident communication with parents and students.
- Good counselling skills.
- Good convincing skills.
- Comfortable working with sales targets.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Basic WhatsApp and internet knowledge.
- Previous experience in education counselling, telecalling or sales is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a target-oriented attitude can also apply.
- Smartphone or laptop required for work from home.
- Stable internet connection required.

The ideal candidate should be target-oriented, confident, disciplined and responsible.
The candidate should communicate well with parents and students. The candidate should also be able to convert genuine enquiries into enrollments.
