Job Overview
This is a field sales role where you will visit properties, interact with customers, and help close rental deals. The job requires daily travel and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities & Field Work
- Visit customer properties and verify details
- Close rental deals between owners and tenants
- Coordinate with both parties for smooth transactions
- Ensure photos and documents are accurate
- Report daily visits and achieve sales targets
Eligibility & Skills Required
- 1–3 years of field sales or client-facing experience
- Bike and valid driving license (mandatory)
- Comfortable with daily travel (50–60 km)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
Education
- Minimum 12th pass
