This role is for handling flight bookings and helping customers plan travel. You will talk to clients and convert their queries into confirmed tickets. Basic sales skill and ticketing knowledge are needed.

Daily Work Tasks

• Handle domestic and international ticket booking
• Talk to customers and convert leads into sales
• Suggest best routes and fare options
• Work on booking, cancellation, and reissue
• Solve travel-related customer queries

Skills Needed

• 2–4 years experience in ticketing or travel sales
• Good knowledge of airline fares and routes
• Experience in GDS systems like Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre
• Good communication and customer handling
• Ability to work on targets

Extra Advantage

• Travel agency or tour operator experience
• Basic knowledge of visa process
• Corporate ticketing experience

Simple work, but needs focus and good communication.
