<li>Manage room reservations and cancellations through the hotel’s booking system.</li>
<li>Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.</li>
<li>Handle guest complaints and provide solutions promptly.</li>
<li>Maintain daily reports and logs for the management team.</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>Skills Required</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.</li>
<li>Polished appearance and professional demeanor.</li>
<li>Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, reservation software).</li>
<li>Ability to handle guest complaints calmly and efficiently.</li>
<li>Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.</li>

<h4><strong>Qualifications</strong></h4>

<li>High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.</li>
