Pushp Henna Pvt. Ltd is hiring experienced ASM / RSM professionals to manage and expand the Super Stockist and Dealer Network across Western Uttar Pradesh. The role focuses on driving sales growth, improving market coverage, and strengthening distribution channels for cosmetic and hair care products.
Key Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets across the assigned region

Maintain and strengthen existing Super Stockist and Dealer Network

Appoint new distributors and dealers to expand market coverage

Increase retail reach and ensure product availability in the market

Conduct regular market visits and dealer meetings

Monitor sales performance and track competitor activities
Eligibility & Skills:
-
10–12 years experience in cosmetic or FMCG sales

Strong understanding of Western Uttar Pradesh market

Experience in distribution and channel sales management
-
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
