Sutherland is hiring freshers for Hindi Voice Support. This is an immediate joining opportunity. The role is for candidates who are comfortable with Hindi and English communication.
You will handle inbound customer calls in Hindi. You will answer customer questions. You will solve basic issues. You will also support the team in meeting service targets.
