This is a simple internship for students and freshers who want to start career in HR field. Work is related to recruitment. Person will learn how hiring works in real companies. Work can be done from home with fixed timing.

About Internship

This internship gives real-time exposure to hiring process. Person will work on actual job openings and understand how companies select candidates. It is useful for building basic HR skills.

Eligibility

• Freshers and students can apply
• Personal laptop is required
• Good English communication is needed
• LinkedIn profile should be active

Stipend Details

Payment is based on performance. ₹5,000 is given for each successful candidate placement. More placements means more earning. After internship also earning can continue.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full recruitment process
• Find and screen candidates
• Schedule interviews and follow up
• Communicate through email, calls, and WhatsApp
• Maintain simple reports and tracking
