About This Role
This role is for HR Recruiter / Student Relationship Officer. Work includes calling students and guiding them about training and job opportunities in banking and finance sector. This role is specially for women candidates, including those returning to work.
Work is fully work from home, with fixed working hours.
Main Work Responsibilities
- Call students who are looking for jobs
- Explain training and placement process
- Convince students for course enrollment
- Guide students in simple and clear way
- Maintain basic data and follow up
Skills Needed
- Good English communication skills
- Strong convincing and counselling skills
- Ability to handle targets and pressure
- Basic computer knowledge
- Must have own laptop/PC and good WiFi
Work Timing
- Monday to Saturday
- 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
