<strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>
<ul>
<li>Source and screen candidates for IT and non-IT roles</li>
<li>Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates</li>
<li>Manage recruitment closures on percentage/commission basis</li>
<li>Maintain basic recruitment records and reports</li>
</ul>
<strong>Eligibility & Skills</strong>
<ul>
<li>0 – 2 years experience in recruitment (freshers can apply)</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of recruitment process</li>
<li>Good communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to work independently from home</li>
</ul>
